Hi, I’m Stefanie. I found my passion for wedding planning and styling after designing and planning my own Italian-styled wedding.

I’m a planner and a stylist in one. The person who designs your wedding is the same person who runs it on the day, so nothing gets lost between the mood board and the room.

I don’t guess what will look good together. I sample it, mock it up and show you first, so you see the finished room before you commit to anything.

One of the weddings I planned and styled was published in Vogue. Yours gets the same care, from the first concept to the last guest.

What is partial planning and styling?
You’ve already started: the venue is booked and maybe a few vendors. I step in from there. I design the look, source every styling piece, brief your vendors, and run the whole day, so your plans come together as one.
What’s included, line by line?
Everything below, for $6,600 including GST:
  • Wedding concept and design, with two design options to choose from
  • Styling direction, mood boards and colour palette
  • Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception styling
  • Sourcing of styling, décor and hire items
  • Recommendations for styling and design-focused vendors
  • Sourcing and coordination of styling-related vendors
  • Identifying any remaining vendor requirements
  • Liaison with your styling and design vendors in the lead-up
  • Working with vendors so the vision is executed as planned

What does the planner on call include?
Unlimited questions, right up to your wedding day, through The Confident Bride Studio, answered by me. Venues, vendors, quotes, contracts, budget, timeline: anything about the parts you’re planning yourself. It’s valued at $900 and included.
How long are you there on the day?
From the 8:30am set-up to your last guest, with an assistant. We run your ceremony rehearsal the day before too, so your bridal party knows exactly where to be and when.
What if I’ve already booked some vendors?
That’s exactly who this is for. I meet you where you are, work with the vendors you’ve booked, and recommend design-led vendors for anything still missing.
Do you offer full planning or day-of coordination?
Yes. Full Planning & Styling is $8,250 and Day-of Coordination starts from $3,300, both including GST. Mention it in the form and I’ll tell you which fits.
Where do you work?
Sydney, the South Coast, the Hunter Valley and beyond. I specialise in estate and garden weddings with a timeless, romantic, European feel.
